We always quote for a job prior to taking on work, we take into consideration your individual requirements and specifications. Our work is itemised in detail so you are aware of the project costs. 

 

What can I expect when appointing SpiraTech?

You can expect us to manage your renovation or construction job from start to finish. We can tailor our services to suit your individual budget. We work  to requirements, specifications and costs agreed up front, whilst being mindful of deadlines at all times.  

 

How long in advance do I need to plan my project?

We advise that you plan your project at least 6-12 weeks in advance, obtaining planning permissions, and agreeing structural specifications with your appointed architect or call us on 07901908106 to discuss other options.
